Wood Buffalo Housing’s options are designed to meet the needs of families and individuals with different income levels.

We offer unfurnished units ranging in size from one to five bedrooms.

  • All units have a refrigerator and stove.
  • Our apartment buildings have on-site laundry rooms.
  • Our townhouses and some apartments include in-unit laundry hookup for those who own a washer and dryer.
  • Our apartments have balconies.
  • Some townhouses have a yard.
  • On-site parking is available at most units for an extra cost.
  • Pet friendly.
  • Flat fee utilities for all units beginning October 1, 2017
